There weren't a lot of supplemental files, but what we used are below.

The Wonderful World of Polynomial Functions.doc - this task is very similar to the Polynomial Patterns task in the frameworks. I believe it was created by the same person, just several years before.

Polynomials-unit 5 exploration.ppt - this Power Point presentation is an overview of several of the topics in the patterns task.

graphs of polynomial functions.doc - this is a "pretty" copy of the graphs in the teacher's edition.

polynomial patterns task, tables.doc - this document contains many of the tables from the frameworks. You could pick and choose which ones you were discussing each day.

diagram of open box with tabs.xls - we decided to build the boxes first when we met for the follow up workshop. Each group was given the diagram and given a height. They then built the box out of graph paper that was printed on card stock. We calculated the area of the base of the box and the volume of the box. We looked for patterns to help us find a general rule. They then got the second sheet and answered the questions.

PolyPuzz-OH.pdf - this is just one of the documents that you can find by going to http://illuminations.nctm.org. Click on the Lessons tab and then search for Polynomial Puzzler. You will find lesson plans and related documents. Your support teachers may want to use this to help the students review multiplying and factoring polynomials.

swimming debate task.doc - this is a shortened version of the task. The times given at the beginning are corrected to fit the table at the end and to give you the results in the teacher's edition.
