Here are some of the documents that were in the Unit 3 notebook that Just-In-Time participants received. 

Fractal Quilt Runner.doc  - in this activity we created a fractal and explored the exponential and log formulas. The actual quilt is on display at the CRMC, but we made ours out of paper. - submitted by Linda Hayes

Blue Book.doc  - this task uses a rule of thumb formula to compute used car values.  Exponents and logs are used in the task. - submitted by Linda Hayes.

Log paper folding.doc  - this is the task from the summer that is actually a small portion of The Population of Exponentia frameworks task. - submitted by Linda Hayes

Tower of Hanoi.doc - this is a really fun problem with exponential patterns that can be extended to logs.  CRMC has game boards that you can borrow for your students to use.  Submitted by Linda Hayes.
